 (1)通過(guò)向車主或有關(guān)人員的交談，詳細(xì)了解故障的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展的全過(guò)程，以及過(guò)去的故障狀況、檢修狀況和車況等，從而為診斷提供線索，為進(jìn)一步檢查提出方向。
